Water Web

Waking up early in the morning after a heavy night of rain spent in the forest of Ifugao, Philippines, I came across spider webs dotted all around the vegetation. The rain drops had been caught on the spider webs, almost highlighting each srand of the web and showing how intricate each web can be. I turned the exposure down to minus 2 2/3, had the aperture at 2, and with some final tweaks managed to remove the background completely to attain this image. Sadly the spider was unavailable for pictures at the time…
